Wear layered breathable clothing to manage body temperature fluctuations and also stay hydrated throughout the day and incorporate relaxation techniques such as deep breathing or mindful exercises into your daily routine. Next is to seek flexible work arrangements if possible.

Don't hesitate to discuss with your employer the possibility of flexible work hours or remote work options to better manage fluctuating symptoms. There may be policies that are in place or the likelihood of getting them in place in order to have this as an option. First, you want to think of honest conversations, engage in honest discussions with management and HR about your needs, and explore potential accommodations or adjustments that can be made in your work environment. Next is to leverage employee wellness programs. Take advantage of any wellness programs offered by your employer. These
programs often include resources and support for managing health, health and wellbeing, which are all important during menopause.
